An old Ohio bill that passed in the House in 2011 but failed in the Senate has been revived by Republican Representatives Christina Hagan and Lynn Wachtmann and if it is passed it could make Ohio law the strictest in the country regarding abortions.
The proposed Heartbeat Bill would effectively make ab0rtions illegal once a fetal heartbeat has been detected. Some experts say that this could be as early as six weeks from conception.
