Will Mitt Romney treat you like a dog if he’s President?

“Let’s hope not. In 1983, the Romney family took a vacation and drove 12 hours to Canada from the Romney mansion in Massachusetts. For the entire trip, the family’s Irish setter, Seamus was exiled to a crate strapped on top of the station wagon. When Seamus answered the call of nature and rained on the Romney parade, mean Mitt hosed the car and poor Seamus down.

Mitt is a mean dude. If Romney treats his own pet like this, how do you think he’ll treat you? Romney has already made it clear that he doesn’t care about the cares and concerns of poor people and working families. We don’t think so”.

Politician = Sociopath – “Moral Insanity”

The main characteristic of a sociopath is a disregard for the rights of others. ,…, also finds it hard to sustain relationships and shows a lack of regret in his or her actions. A major personality behavior trait is the violation of the rights of others. ,…, the sociopath is usually a person with an abundance of charm and wit. He or she may appear friendly and considerate, but these attributes are usually superficial. They are used as a way of blinding the other person to the personal agenda behind the sociopath’s behaviour”. [http://www.wisegeek.com/what-is-a-sociopath.htm]

Profile of the Sociopath – Grandiose Sense of Self: Feels entitled to certain things as “their right.” ,…., Shallow Emotions: When they show what seems to be warmth, joy, love and compassion it is more feigned than experienced and serves an ulterior motive. Outraged by insignificant matters, yet remaining unmoved and cold by what would upset a normal person. Since they are not genuine, neither are their promises. ,…, Callousness/Lack of Empathy: Unable to empathize with the pain of their victims, having only contempt for others’ feelings of distress and readily taking advantage of them. ,…, In the 1830’s this disorder was called “moral insanity. “,…, More recently it has been termed “antisocial personality disorder” ”   [http://www.mcafee.cc/Bin/sb.html]

Antisocial personality disorder (ASPD) is described by the American Psychiatric Association’s Diagnostic and Statistical Manual, fourth edition (DSM-IV-TR), as an Axis II personality disorder characterized by “…a pervasive pattern of disregard for, and violation of, the rights of others that begins in childhood or early adolescence and continues into adulthood.” [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sociopath]

NOTE: Such compassion and empathy. I wonder if my Senator, (who took Ted Kennedy’s seat in a special election when he passed away, and who is looking to keep it in the upcoming election), has it in his heart to feel the same for all the gay teens being beaten by their parents and being thrown out of their home by their parents? Documented numbers show time and time again, about 25% of all homeless teens are victims of this very abuse. That is one in four homeless children in the USA. But I know, Senator Brown doesn’t respect or support gay people, and probably wonders why most don’t support him. [In response to] Sen. Brown Visits Shelter For Victims Of Domestic Abuse

Massachusetts Judge Rejects Bishops’ Conscience Exemption

March 28, 2012 by Carrie

“In a decision handed down Friday, a district court in Massachusetts held that the Department of Health and Human Services was wrong to allow the U.S. Council of Catholic Bishops to impose religious restrictions on disbursement of federal funds. The program provided assistance to victims of human trafficking but the HHS allowed the bishops to prohibit its subcontractors from referring victims to contraceptive or abortion services”.

The NRA’s Founder, Like George Zimmerman, Has Shot Someone Dead

What the NRA’s “Founder”Harlon Carter and George Zimmerman Have in Common

Harlon Carter arrived at his new, high-profile position with some serious personal baggage.  According to “Under Fire: The NRA and the Battle for Gun Control” by Osha Gray Davidson, a 17-year-old Carter shot and killed 15-year-old Ramón Casiano in Laredo, Texas on March 3, 1931.  After returning home from school that day, Carter was told by his mother that there were three Latino youths loitering near the family’s property.  Carter left his house, shotgun in tow, to confront the alleged loiterers.  After finding Casiano and his two companions at a nearby swimming hole, Carter pointed his shotgun at them and ordered them to come with him.  Casiano refused, pulled out a knife, and asked Carter if he would like to fight.  Carter then pointed the shotgun at Casiano.  Casiano laughed and brushed the gun aside while taking a step back.  Carter asked Casiano, “You don’t think I’d use it?” and then fatally shot him in the chest”.

Russia Police Torture Charges Cause Public Outrage

03/29/12 07:11 AM ET

“MOSCOW — Russia’s top investigative agency has filed new charges against police officers accused of torturing detainees amid growing public outrage over police brutality.

The Investigative Committee said Thursday it has charged four officers in the Siberian city of Novokuznetsk in the torture death of a detainee. It also leveled new accusations against a police officer in the Volga River city of Kazan who is already in custody on charges of torturing a man to death”.  ….

[NOTE: And to think, when growing up, i was taught by school, television, documentaries, movies and adults, just how horrid those people in Russia are, along with Germans and….frankly, any country other than the USA. What a wondering surprise to me when I realized that the US government has most likely killed more innocent people, oppresses more and destroyed more people and countries than any other…and….they may even hold those who abuse prisoners accountable for their behavior. No wonder the US government does not want to be part of the ICC, well, they want the power to be part of it, just not under any of its laws the rest of the world is supposed to be. Much like the US governments role in the Nuremberg trials, when they made it clear to the Nazis that acting on orders even when you knew it was wrong, was not a good enough excuse to be deemed innocent, the US government expects all others to still follow these rules, but exempt most of their own for doing the same. Water boarding someone was once punishable by death, well, that is what the US government stated when they put people to death who did it to their soldiers when they were prisoners. Let us teach the truth about the USA, and maybe, one day, someone will be in a position of power who can make a real difference in the US government.]
